Bereavement Care

When someone you care for dies, you begin a sometimes long process of bereavement. Coastal Home Health & Hospice’s Bereavement services are here to help you throughout this process. Although there are some similarities in how people grieve, each person is unique and learns to manage their grief in a way that fits their own situation- and we do everything in our power to work with you to help you experience and get through your grieving process in the way that works best for you.

Coastal Home Health & Hospice Bereavement services are offered to our patient’s families as well as to community members. Anyone who is experiencing grief from losing someone they cared about is welcome. The following bereavement services are offered:

  • Grief Support Groups

  • Spiritual Support Services

  • 13-Month Follow-Up For Immediate Family Members

  • A Listening Ear When You Need It- between our Social Workers and our Spiritual Services, there are plenty of people here on staff to serve you right when you need them.
