Family Support Services

 While our patients are our first priority, a close second is all the family members of our patients. We understand that the end-of-life process can be very difficult for everyone involved, and are committed to being as helpful and supportive as possible.

We offer family support for a full 13 months after the passing of an immediate family member who was in our hospice care. Support includes access to our Spiritual Care Services, our Grief Support Groups, and our Social Workers, and also includes mailings, tips, and resources to help you learn to adjust to your “new normal.”
