Fred Meyer Community Rewards
Your visits to the grocery store can turn into helping our nurses visit more home health and hospice patients in Curry County! It’s so easy- here is how to set things up:
1- Head over to https://www.fredmeyer.com .
2- Log into your Fred Meyer account (If you don’t yet have a rewards account, just visit the customer service desk in the store to set yours up for free!).
3- Search for “Coastal Home Health and Hospice.” You can also search for us via our “Non-profit Organization Number,” which is IA609.
4- Once you’ve found us, click “Enroll,” and you’re all set! Now, every time you shop using your rewards card, Fred Meyer will donate a percentage of your purchase to our nonprofit!
