At Coastal Home Health & Hospice we strive to provide the highest level of quality care & support to our patients in their home, and it is important to us that we are able to do they same for their fur family members during their end of life journey with our Hospice.

We provide volunteer pet care services to our hospice patients, so they do not have to worry about their pets current or future needs.

Services offered through the Pet Peace of Mind program include:

  • Dog Walking
  • Cat Care
  • Pet Transportation
  • Grooming
  • Help with adoptions and planning for the end of life
  • Companionship
  • and so much more!

With Coastal Home Health & Hospice you are getting help from a team of experts. We build a Hospice plan specifically with you in mind to provide quality compassionate and holistic care. Your team may include; a nurse, a social worker, hospice aide, spiritual care coordinator, as well as a volunteer to help with your pet care needs.
