About us

Who is Coastal Home Health & Hospice?

Our Goals are to provide Rehabilitation needs through Home Health Care and Comfort Care and Support for End of Life through Hospice Care

At Coastal Home Health & Hospice, we know what it means to care for a sick or elderly family member and we understand the effort and special care required to live life to the fullest when under the weather or dying. Because of this, as a community-based, not-for-profit organization, we are dedicated to serving patients and families in our area at all stages of life.
We offer a number of comprehensive programs that include Hospice, Home Health, Social Services, Lifeline, and more. As needs change, we are available to provide caring support and education to our patients and their families.

Elmer K.
The Home Health care received by me was of the highest quality. Jamie who initiated the visits was always professional, and Mike was very caring, attentive and tops in the field. Needless to say, I am most happy with the care I received.
