What Makes Us Different?

Coastal Home Health & Hospice is dedicated to providing comfort and dignity for your loved one.

Coastal Home Health & Hospice is dedicated to providing comfort and dignity for your loved one living with serious illness from as early as the day of diagnosis. In Home Health Care, we also work with your current doctors to design a unique care plan to meet your specific needs in the comfort of your own home.

With Coastal Home Health & Hospice you are getting help from a team of experts. Building your Home Health and Hospice plan to provide quality compassionate care may involve several players. Your team may include a Nurse, Social Worker, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Certified Home Health Aide, Spiritual Care Coordinator, Bereavement Counselor, or a volunteer. Our staff of experts is there to answer all your questions, offer counsel, help with advance directives, provide pain and symptom relief, improve mobility, safety, and quality, deliver wound care, and much more!

We are here for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week with our dedicated on-call staff.
